Spotlight is on the Bears this Friday

The Bears' game this Friday against North Cedar is drawing a lot of media attention. Outlets such as TV, radio, online, and the newspapers are pinning the game as their "Game of the Week." Iowa Prep Sports has include the game in their Top 10 Games of the Week section and they have this to say about it:
A dream season for sixth-ranked North Cedar can include a district championship if the Knights can knock off No. 3 West Branch. The Knights have outscored their opponents by a 318-7 margin; their seven points allowed is the best in any team in any class. The Bears can stop the opposition as well, allowing 4.9 points per game. West Branch quarterback Brandon Young has thrown for 1,020 yards; Rilen Carew has 22 catches for 567 yards. Donny Wachendorf has rushed for 13 touchdowns and caught three TD passes for the Knights.
Also, the game is the Game of the Week on KWWL-TV 7, WMT-600AM radio, Iowa City Press-Citizen, and the Cedar Rapids Gazette. There are only two games this week on the Eastern side of the state which feature ranked teams. This game is the highest ranked matchup and only one featuring two undefeated teams.
