Pending school board approval, Butch Pedersen has been hired again as head football coach for West Branch High School. Due to stipulations of his early retirement (IPERS) as Physical Education instructor, Pedersen re-applied for the job. This upcoming season will be Pedersen's 30th season as the head coach for West Branch Football. Also, assistant head coach and offensive coordinator, Larry Rummells has announced his retirement. Rummells was a member of the football staff for 29 years. Co-offensive coordinator and defensive backs coach, Jarod Tylee will take over as the new offensive coordinator.
