Preseason Football Team

Late last week, the Iowa City Press-Citizen and Des Moines Register teamed up to come up with their third-annual American Family Insurance All-USA Iowa preseason football team. The team is a selection of 48 of the state’s top prep football players as part of USA Today’s ALL-USA program. Making the Second-Team Offense roster is West Branch lineman Jacob Barnhart. The senior is only one of four Class 1A football players to make the team, joining running back Carson Rhodes and offensive lineman Sean Boles from Van Meter as well as defensive lineman Cole White from Iowa City Regina.
