Hello Bears fans, here is this week's Captain's Corner.

Last week we talked about how we were going to bounce back for the game against Jesup. It all started with one of the best practices we had all year which was on Monday. During that practice we set the tone for what all of our practices should be for the rest of the year.

Friday was proving day, we went up to Jesup with not ideal playing conditions but it didn't matter. We got back to West Branch football by playing physical on offense and defense. We were able to run the ball on them and the defense stepped up with some key interceptions and fumble recoveries. We still have room to improve because the next couple games on the sceduale are tough.
