Graduation hit all of Cedar County hard, I guess. Durant had replace all of its key statistical contributors from a season ago. The Wildcats gave up 648 yards rushing against L-M last week. They did gain 301 total yards of total offense. No individual statistics for Durant were posted on the Quik Stats Iowa web page as of Thursday, 9/5...QB Lucas Lamont threw for 166 yards and 3 scores to lead the Bears. Senior RB Michael Gould rushed for 103 and a score. The Bear defense held the potent attack of Lisbon to less than 200 yards of total offense. Sophomores Ryan Grosvenor and Drew Finnegan were gapstoppers on defense for WB, collecting 3 QB sacks combined.

Last Meeting

The Bears struggled mightily on the road in Durant last season, trailing for a majority of the game before scoring twice late and holding the Wildcats en route to securing a 28-20 victory.
