The 2014 Iowa Shrine Bowl roster has been announced and former Bear running back, Michael Gould, will be playing for the South Squad.

Gould is the only Bear from the 2013 season to be invited to the annual All-Star game, which will be played at the UNI Dome on Saturday, July 26th.

During the 2013 season, Gould ran for over 1,225 yards on 214 attempts and scored 18 rushing touchdowns. He also caught 14 passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns. On the defensive side at linebacker, Gould lead the team in tackles with 86, including 11 tackles for loss and two sacks.

After the Shrine Bowl game, Gould will attend Iowa Western on scholarship playing football.
